7. Personalize interactions and treat each client as an individual.
8. Actively listen without interrupting and give clients your full attention to avoid repetition.
9. Maintain an attentive posture and show respect for the client’s presence when interacting with another colleagues driver.
10. Exercise self-control and empathy in challenging situations, offering appropriate resolutions.

1. Arrive promptly at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time.
2. Hold a tablet displaying the correct spelling of the client’s name or hotel name, especially in busy areas like airports.
3. Offer assistance with luggage or any other needs of the client
4. Provide assistance with opening and closing the car door.
5. Inform the client about the estimated duration of the journey.
6. Ensure that bottled water is readily available for the client
7. Provide universal phone chargers or ensure they are easily accessible for immediate use by the client.
8. Inquire if the client prefers music and adjust the volume appropriately
9. Check and adjust the car’s air conditioning to ensure the client’s comfort.
10. Drive safely and attentively throughout the journey.
11. Bid the client a heartfelt farewell at the conclusion of the trip, expressing gratitude for their patronage.
